[Blog Hop] Black Friday Book Bonanza Giveaways!!!!


It's Black Friday!!!!!!

At the the time of this post I will be in full combat gear and playing tag team in Walmart. I LOVE Black Friday which is surprising as an introvert who typically hates shopping. I spend weeks strategizing and plotting my stops and then recruiting a friend because this is a team activity.

Anywho... I'm going to pass some of my Black Friday love onto you! Just enter below :) Entries close at 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 30. Winners will be announced Dec. 1.

  2. I've never been shopping on Black Friday, except sometimes online. My mom always stays home on that day and since I don't drive yet, I've always stayed home with her. It would be cool to go shopping on Black Friday just to see how it is. Eventually, I'll do that. :)

  3. Usually I have to work on Black Friday, but if I manage to have the day off, I will most likely end up at Target or Best Buy. I have a lot of nephews and a husband and they all enjoy video games!

  4. I live outside the US so we don't have Black Friday sales but one of my favorite shopping spots is Amazon, virtually, understandably, and of course local bookstores physically. :)

  7. Living in Italy we don't have Black Friday or Thanksgiving for that matter...but I do love to shop in the small shops in the town center if possible. I do check and double check all kinds of reviews online for pretty much anything I buy though. Amazon is also my friend especially for books and for special things I can't really find around here.

  14. My Black Friday is always something like this: lots of coffee, leftovers (!), reading and watching a bit of tv with family. Boring but nice, and I do my online shopping any day from now until the big day.

  15. No Black Friday Traditions. I prefer to stay home with a good book and avoid the Holiday Crowds. It gets to crazy for me. With Thanksgiving we do have a tradition of making a pecan pie and sweet potato casserole with the traditional turkey. Thanks for the giveaway!

  34. Hubby and I don't really have any Black Friday traditions. Sometimes we go out shopping; sometimes we don't. Today we stopped at Barnes & Noble, Ulta, Belk, Michael's. The Gap, William Sonoma, and Talbot's.

  38. Favorite shopping spots? Amazon, and the internet in general. I can't do Black Friday. I just can't. I hate shopping normally, so I genuinely LOATHE busy shopping days! Home, pj's, hot chocolate, husband, dogs, football, internet..... That is the way to go

The 1st year I experienced black friday I was 21 and just helped grand open a plus store (like a super walmart without clothes) and there I was cashing in entertainment at 5 am and I swore I'd never shop black friday lol a couple years later my best Meade me tag team with her for a new TV for her mom.... haven't been out since I always request off and hide lol...although I have gotten some deals online

  66. I have been doing my entire Christmas shopping online for the last three years and I love it! There just aren't any Black Friday deals that I want bad enough to battle the crowds. Plus with Amazon Prime I get free two day shipping on anything. It's just the way to go for me. Thanks for the giveaway!

  70. My daughter and I get up early and hit the stores. Even if we don't have any money, the energy is just fantastic. We live in a small town, so even when Walmart is packed the people are generally good natured.

  71. My black Friday tradition is to avoid it at all costs. Some of my favorite shopping spots are Sam's Club, Bed Bath & Beyond and the local merchant's on main street. I live in Rapid City, SD which is relatively small and I like support the small business owner.

  75. My Black Friday tradition is to hit the sales online at places like Amazon. I live in the middle of nowhere so I wouldn't want to drive for an hour one way (without traffic) to be in a big crowd. Bleh.

  79. I have gone shopping on Black Friday for the past 12 years or more....except for this year. I opted out of the Thursday sales and honestly, didn't miss it much. I didn't miss the 2 hour lines outside in the cold, or the crowds, or the hour long line to checkout. I did still shop online though. A girl can't give up ALL of the sales.

  85. I do not do the whole Black Friday shopping thing. I actually get really stressed out just thinking about it. I prefer cyber monday lol. Normally on Black Friday, my family and I will put up the Christmas tree. It's kind of an unspoken tradition.

  102. My mom & I usually go Black Friday shopping together. But this year she was unable to go with me so I went by myself. Our tradition was to go early and score the best deals but with more & more stores having sales on Thanksgiving Day we don't have to wake up at the crack or dawn anymore! Now we wake up around 8 am or so & just go shopping.
