[Hot Topic] YA that has been parading around as classical lit for too long

There's a great deal of controversy surround whether "adults" should be reading novels written for "young adults". I could rant about this in a 10-post series but I thought I'd look at the list of "greatest novels of all time" and see what's there in terms of YA.

Breaking: YA is a modern marketing concept that would include much of the great fiction literature throughout history. Stop hating.

For reference purposes I used TIME magazine's "All-TIME 100 Novels" list, which can be found here and in no particular order (except alphabetically, so I guess that's the order).
